Position Summary

Position Summary:

  • Creates, evaluates and monitors monthly calendars to ensure QMI standards.

  • Lead Connections Club activties as planned on calendar.

  • Supervises all Connections Club Community Life co-workers to ensure their success in support of resident well-being. Supervision includes interviewing, hiring, orienting, coaching, counseling, and evaluating job performance.

  • Ensures that we are "delivering on our Promise" to provide activities that promote a feeling of independence, a sense of fulfillment, accomplishment and a need to be needed for all residents.

  • Supports Community Life Coordinators and Community Life Associates in their efforts to provide a well balanced calendar of programs and events.

  • Transports residents to various activities and events in the community.

  • Helps to plan special events including quarterly family socials.

  • Coordinate volunteers for the Connections Neighborhood; both residents and outside volunteers.

 

 
Requirements
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED. College degree preferred.

  • Previous management experience preferred.

  • Prior experience in small group socialization and programming preferred.

  • Basic computer skills required.
